🌪️ Wind in the Hair, Words in the Heart

A Real & Raw Wednesday Chronicle

Morning Rush & Lunchbox Love 💼🥪
The day started on its usual energetic note—chaos wrapped in care. Packing lunchboxes, managing the school morning hustle, and making sure the kids had their tummies and hearts full before heading out. That moment when the door shuts and silence wraps around the house… that’s when my second shift begins.

Physio, Prayers & Professional Puzzles 🧘‍♀️🙏💻
Next stop: physiotherapy. Still showing up for those healing knees—bit by bit. Then, it was off to work. And here’s where the storm of emotions began.
Today, I found myself whispering little prayers at my desk. Not for peace—that I already have—but for purpose. I do what I need to, I earn, I contribute… yet, there’s a strange invisible feeling, like I’m present but not seen.

Have you ever felt that, too? Like you’re in the picture but not really part of the frame?

The Dentist Diaries 🦷🍭 (Oops!)
Then came the twist in the tale: a routine dentist visit turned into a sugar confession. Three cavities. Yes, three! 😅
Honestly, I kind of saw it coming—late nights, cake tastings, and my floss hiding somewhere at the back of the drawer.
So here’s my new tooth truth:
✅ Daily flossing
✅ Less sugar (after my baking blog ends, I promise!)
✅ Regular dental check-ups
👉 Here’s a great link on daily dental care if you’re also in the “oops” club like me!

A Grade That Sparkled 🎓🌟
Amidst all this, a sweet win landed in my inbox—I passed my EDTC 300 course with a good grade!
This felt like a warm hug from the universe. I’ve been out of touch with technology for a long time, so taking this course felt like climbing a digital mountain in sneakers, but I did it.

Evening Calm, Kid Snoozes & Heart Talks 🌙👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🗣️
Dinner was simple. The wind howled outside while the kids, extra tired today, fell asleep early—blame it on the blustery weather. And then… the best part of my day: I sat down with my husband and just talked.
About everything. About nothing. About what I feel but don’t say.
I told him how sometimes, even with a stable job and a peaceful life, I feel stuck—as if something bigger is calling me, but I can’t yet reach it.

That moment felt healing. Just letting it out—no solutions, no judgments. Just two people talking beneath the roof they built together.

Ending on a Note of Gratitude 💌
So here I am—ending this Wednesday with a full heart, a cleaner mouth (lol), and a quiet sense of clarity
