Day 2 – Still Sweet Without the Sugar 

 So How’s It Going?

Day 2 in the books… and guess what? I didn’t quit!
I didn’t even sneak a tiny cookie crumb, which honestly deserves an award 

I’m learning that this no-sugar challenge is less about food and more about how I feel when no one’s watching. Do I still choose what’s best for me, even when I’m tired? Even when I’m hungry? Even when a cupcake tries to seduce me with frosting? 

☀️ Morning Mood: Black Coffee, Black Belt Attitude

Started my day again with my faithful bestie:
☕ Black coffee with cinnamon and a drop of ghee

Same bitter taste. Same strong energy.
No drama. No sugar crash. Just… Poonam power unlocked. 

索 Breakfast of a Busy Queen

I had:

Veggie pasta

Toasted sandwich stuffed with colorful sautéed veggies

No sugar. No snacking.
Just wholesome, clean food and big commitment energy. ✨

律‍♀️ Yoga That Felt Like a Hug

My evening ended with a beautiful oxygen yoga session 律‍♀️
Deep stretches, glowing heat, dimmed lights, and a calm voice reminding me to breathe and let go.

I walked out feeling like someone pressed refresh on my soul. 識

 Daily Check-In:

Weight:
 Day 1 – 73.8 kg
 Day 2 – 73.5 kg (slow progress, but REAL progress!)

Mood: Calm, proud, and a tiny bit sore from yoga 

Snack cravings: Surprisingly low! No unnecessary munching today 

 Real Talk from a Real Mom

Look, I’m not following a perfect plan.
I get ideas from Fitelo (yes, the paid plan!) but I tweak it with real life.
Because hello — kids’ lunchboxes, picky eaters, Indian food cravings… it’s a whole circus 魯‍♀️

But what matters is: I’m not quitting.

✨ My Small Wins Today:

✅ No sugar again — boom!
✅ Ate only when hungry
✅ Showed up for myself at yoga
✅ No guilt, no drama, just good choices
