🌅 Rise & Reset: Sauf-Ajwain Water & Caffeine Zen
Started the day with a warm hug in a cup:
🌿 Saunf + Ajwain water — so calming, so cleansing
☕ Followed by my now signature black coffee with cinnamon – no sugar, no drama!
🍎 Breakfast Bliss
My breakfast bowl looked like a Pinterest post:
- Creamy yogurt
- Apple chunks
- Blueberries
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
So simple. So satisfying. So sugar-free. 💫
🍝 Lunchtime Twist: Full Plate, Zero Cravings
Lunch was light but lovely — boiled pasta with sautéed veggies 🥦🍅
BUT the real surprise?
After 12 PM… I didn’t eat a thing.
Normally, I’m team “just one cracker won’t hurt”… but today, I broke that autopilot.
🧘♀️ Oxygen Yoga Magic: Arms Edition!
Straight after work, I flew (okay, crawled 😅) to Oxygen Yoga & Fitness
Today was a quick, sweaty arms session (30 minutes)
Left the studio feeling like a stronger, less grumpy version of myself 🧘♀️💪
🍪 The Ultimate Test: Cookie Temptation
So listen…
I came home and baked soft, chewy cookies TWICE for my boys because they saw me bake at daycare and wanted a replay.
And guess what?
Not. One. Bite.
Not a crumb, not a nibble, not even a sniff with longing eyes. 😤🍪🚫
Just a happy mama baking with love, not sugar addiction.
🍲 Dinner Detox
Dinner was exactly what I needed to feel grounded again:
- Warm broccoli soup 🥦
- A slice of brown bread
- Light sautéed veggies
- Sipped slowly with gratitude
📝 Evening Mood: Grumpy but Growing
Honestly…
When I came home, I felt low.
Grumpy. Overwhelmed.
That “Am I doing enough?” spiral began again.
But instead of spiraling, I got busy.
✔️ Baked cookies without cheating
✔️ Made dinner
✔️ Submitted my assignment
✔️ Completed one more course
✔️ And now… writing my 4th blog post! 💥
“I may feel unsure sometimes, but my actions prove I’m moving forward.”
🌟 Day 4 Highlights
✅ No sugar again!
✅ No post-lunch munching
✅ Yoga done
✅ Baking, but no breaking the challenge
✅ Assignment + course = done!
