☀️ A Morning Hustle (Tiffins & Triumphs)

The day kicked off in full-throttle mom mode — packing tiffins like a boss 
Still, I managed to fuel myself with a wholesome breakfast:

勒 Homemade zucchini gravy veggies

䀘 1 multigrain oats roti (atta mix)

磻 A chilled yogurt smoothie

Fresh, clean, and energizing — just what I needed!

⏳ Midday Mindfulness: No Snacking Frenzy!

Surprisingly, I didn’t reach out for unnecessary snacks all day.
Just a small evening trail mix (hello, dry fruit crunch!) kept me going.

But guess what I skipped?

☕ My beloved evening chai.
Yes, I missed it — but no, I didn’t give in. 

️ Dinner & Deep Stretching

Dinner was simple:

2 oat rotis

A serving of methi matar malai (store-bought) — and yes, I portioned it right!

Then came the most peaceful part of my day —
✨ A deep stretching class that loosened my body and lightened my mind.

 Reflections from the Mat

As I stretched and breathed, I felt something shift inside.
Not just muscle tension, but a wave of self-respect.

> “Discipline doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like saying no to chai and yes to yourself.” 

 Day 7 Summary

✅ Tiffins packed, mom energy intact
✅ Zucchini veg + oats roti + smoothie
✅ No bingeing, no regrets
✅ Mindful dinner with control
✅ Deep stretching class = deep peace
✅ Skipped evening tea cravings!
