Today was one of those days where I kept telling myself,
“I’ll do it later… when I feel better… when I look better… when I’m more confident.”
But instead, I showed up.
I recorded a few short videos—no filters, no fancy setup—just me talking about something I’m actively learning: how I communicate, how I listen, and how often I rush to fix instead of staying curious.
Honestly? It felt uncomfortable.
At times, I sounded serious. At times, I felt awkward.
But I realized something important: waiting to feel ready is just another way of staying silent.
These videos are inspired by what I’m learning from Co-Active Coaching, but they’re not lessons. They’re reflections. Real moments where I’m noticing my habits, laughing at myself, and trying again—one conversation at a time.
So today, instead of hiding behind drafts and edits, I chose to post.
I’m sharing the videos below—not because they’re perfect, but because they’re real. And right now, that matters more to me.
If you’re also learning, unlearning, or just trying to show up a little more honestly—welcome. You’re not alone
More to come. Still learning.
This is me, practicing out loud.
Progress over polish.
